Your life force energy systems are just that; the systems of energetics that must be functioning for you to have a healthy body and mind so that you can enjoy life. By understanding them you become more capable of managing your health. There are the chakras and glands, the Meridians and Organs, the Aura, the Physical body (respiratory, digestive, circulatory systems), your connection to the universe, your spirit and your mind. They all have effects on each other. When all of your energy systems are balanced and working you have health; when one or more of them are disrupted or out of balance you do not. I have studied and practiced many separate healing modalities and health practices. All of them overlap onto others and have indirect effects on each other. This web site gives some insight on how some of them work and affect your ability to be all that you are.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Origins

The first documentation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was in the Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen (Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine - Simple Questions). It was written sometime before 3,000 BC. Some historians speculate that these scrolls may have been written closer to 5,000 BC. The Huang Di Nei Jing was not the beginning of Chinese Medicine. It was a comprehensive text that explained the theories and practices of maintaining health and correcting disease using acupuncture, herbs, diet and lifestyle. Translations of it are available in most major languages.

Many of the herbal formulas that were first recorded in the Huang Di Nei Jing are still being prescribed and are producing good results today. It is uncertain where the knowledge in Chinese Medicine came from, but it has survived the test of time.

About 2,200 years ago the Tai Lu Yao Lu (series of herbs for obstetrics) may have been the first medical text dealing strictly with gynecology. Over the last 2,000 years many brilliant TCM doctors have written books expanding the available knowledge on how to diagnose and treat even the subtlest of variations of health problems.

Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine

Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) includes an understanding of how other healing modalities compliment and/or complicate TCM therapies. All TCM colleges teach the basics of allopathic medicine to their students. Although Western Medicine training is helpful to the practitioners, it has almost no importance in forming a TCM diagnosis or in choosing a course of therapy.

The modern practitioner of TCM still continues to use the ancient systems of diagnosis and healing with acupuncture and herbs. With an understanding of Western Medicine, practitioners of TCM are able to understand the information passed on to their clients from their Medical Doctors and can further understand how the MD's therapies are affecting the client's bodily functions. This allows for true complimentary medicine to take place.

In the situation when a client is recovering from surgery and is on pharmaceuticals, TCM can be used to help them in several ways. Traditional Chinese Medicine can be used to enhance the effects of the allopathic therapies by ensuring that the life force energy is available in the appropriate areas of the body, so that the body's tissue can heal. Next, TCM can reduce the side effects of the pharmaceuticals, or scaring from the surgery. TCM can then bring balance and harmony to the body so that all of the body functions are happening optimally. Lastly, TCM is used to balance the client's emotions to allow their recovery to be quicker and more comfortable. It is the tradition of Chinese Medicine to embrace any therapy that actually works. Because of this, many TCM practitioners also use other alternative healing methods in their practice.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Includes

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been practiced for over 5,000 years and offers a tremendous wealth of information on how and why things happen in the human body. TCM also explains how to effectively correct most of the malfunctions of the human body without side effects and sequel. TCM uses more than acupuncture and herbs, it also incorporates theories on proper diet, lifestyle, massage and energy work. TCM understands how emotions affect our body and how the condition of our body affects our cognitive functions. TCM can treat complicated emotional illnesses successfully with acupuncture, herbs, or Qi Gong. It can also treat serious physical problems by harmonizing the emotions. Traditional Chinese Medicine truly is a holistic therapy.

How Traditional Chinese Medicine Works

All Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies are based on a complex understanding of how the body's energy systems and the internal organs interact. TCM is an understanding of how the organs and meridians work in conjunction with each other to control the flow of energy to the tissues of the body, so that those tissues can have the proper energy to function correctly. The over or under secretion of a hormone by an endocrine gland can cause the tissue in a distant part of the body to act in an undesirable manner. Similarly the imbalance of Qi flow in one or more meridian or organ can cause detrimental effects in various parts of the body. TCM works to correct these imbalances.

There are twelve regular meridians, each of which is named after one of the body's major organs. There are also eight other meridians that are referred to as the extraordinary meridians and are not directly associated with any one organ. Two of these extraordinary meridians (the Governing Vessel which goes up the spine over the head to the upper lip And the conception vessel which starts at the perineum and goes up the centre of the front of the body to the lower lip) have their own acupuncture points. The other six extraordinary meridians share points with the regular meridians. The eight extraordinary meridians each have the purpose of controlling, or making available, energy for specific normal functions or capacities of the body. The twelve regular meridians each have a branch that connects them to the organ that they are named after. They also have various branches that connect them to other meridians and body tissues, and there are many points where meridians intersect.

As the regular meridians have a direct connection to the organ that they are named after, the flow of energy in each meridian reflects the state of energy in its organ. The meridians form a grid or network of energy pathways, which our life force energy (in the form of Qi) circulates through about fifty times a day. As the meridians pass through different parts of the body, they have an influence on how much energy is available for the tissue to perform its functions. Even though the large intestine and triple burner are not close to the head, their meridians go from the hand to the head. This is why points on the meridians of the arms, such as the Large Intestine meridian or the Triple Burner meridian can affect the symptoms of a head cold, headache or toothache.

The other major part of TCM theory revolves around how the organs process, or manifest the emotions, and host the capability for cognitive functions. Many New Age healers talk about how symptoms of an affliction are a reflection of thought patterns. The ancient texts of Chinese and Taoist medicine explain how physical symptoms and thought patterns affect each other through the flow of energy in the meridians; and how to affectively treat both by manipulating the flow of energy in the meridians.

TCM looks for subtle differences in the client. Each minor change in the client's condition may require a substantially different acupuncture, qi gong or herbal prescription, or it may not require any change at all. An inappropriate acupuncture treatment or an incorrect herbal prescription may make someone's symptoms worse and undermine their health. For this reason, it is important to get a diagnosis from a qualified practitioner of TCM before getting acupuncture or taking TCM herbs for any internal condition.

TCM can also be used to mitigate the side effects of pharmaceuticals, but it is important that your TCM practitioner be made aware of all of the medications you are taking and all the symptoms and side-effects that you are experiencing.

The Focus of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The focus of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in treating any disease is to get all aspects of the person functioning optimally so that it can overcome its affliction.

TCM is completely different from Western Medicine as it looks at the whole person rather than concentrating only on a specific disease or condition. TCM also varies from western theories of healthcare because it focuses entirely on the energetics of the body rather than the biochemistry.

TCM fully understands how emotions effect the functioning of our organs and how the dysfunctions of our organs effect our emotions. The link between the mind, emotions, energetics, and the physical is fully incorporated into the diagnosis and treatment with TCM.

Diagnosis in TCM is not based on bacterial cultures, enzyme levels, viral loads, blood tests or urine analysis, but rather on signs and symptoms. Diagnosis in Chinese medicine is made in accordance to how well all of the body's systems are physically and energetically performing their functions, as well as what type of energetics, and/or pathogens have invaded the body. TCM has been successfully diagnosing and treating every human health problem for thousands of years, even before modern scientific testing equipment was developed.

Traditional Chinese Medicine ~ Qi and Meridians

The flow of Qi in the meridians is not accurately described when compared with the flow of electricity through a wire in an AC or DC circuit. It is more accurately compared to the flow of traffic in a city street. When all is well the flow is quick and smooth. Sometimes a mishap will block its flow partially or completely. Sometimes a riot will take place and totally disrupt the flow for a while and create damage around the meridian. At times the flow may become clogged by environmental conditions like fog, or snow, or by the moods set at the origin of the energy creating the flow like a monster truck show or major sports event. Whenever the flow of the Qi in a meridian changes, it affects the functioning of the body tissue that the energy was destined to serve.

On each regular meridian, there are specific points to affect the other organs, as well as the organ that it is named after. There are also useful points in diagnosing the energy level in the meridian and its organ, and points to connect the meridian with its Yin or Yang counterpart meridian.

There are twelve regular meridians, each of which is named after one of the body's major organs. There are also eight other meridians that are referred to as the extraordinary meridians and are not directly associated with any one organ. The eight extraordinary meridians each have the purpose of controlling, or making available, energy for specific normal functions or capacities of the body. The twelve regular meridians each have a branch that connects them to the organ that they are named after. They also have various branches that connect them to other meridians and body tissues and there are many points where the meridians intersect. This is a complex grid of energy pathways that must be in a balanced state of smooth flowing energy in order for the body to experience health.

As the regular meridians have a direct connection to the organ that they are named after, the flow of energy in each meridian reflects the state of energy in its organ. The meridians form a grid or network of energy pathways, which our life force energy (in the form of Qi) circulates through, approximately fifty times a day. As the meridians pass through different parts of the body, they have an influence on how much energy is available for the body tissue to perform its functions. Even though the large intestine and triple burner are not close to the head, their meridians go from the hand to the head. This is why points on the meridians of the arms, such as the Large Intestine meridian or the Triple Burner meridian can affect the symptoms of a head cold or a headache.

Traditional Chinese Medicine ~ Emotions

In Chinese medicine it has long been understood how one's emotions directly affect the dynamic of energy in the organs, and thus the flow of Qi in the meridians. For instance, intense sadness will perpetuate increasingly shallow breathing, which will decrease the energy level of the lungs, (in Chinese & Taoist medicine sadness is considered the negative emotion of the Lungs). This weakens the flow of Qi in the lung meridian, which runs into the large intestine meridian where they connect in the wrists. The Large Intestine meridian runs up to the face, crosses under the nose, goes up beside the nose to intersect the bladder meridian at its origin (the inner canthus of the eye), then joins the stomach meridian below the middle of the eye. The stomach meridian then runs down the face and along the jaw.

A disturbance in the flow of Qi through this area in the Large Intestine, Bladder, and Stomach meridians explains the symptoms that often manifest in the face when experiencing intense sadness. The disturbance of normal Qi flow to the tissue of the nasal lachrymal ducts, the sinuses, and the muscles of the face cause excessive tearing and sinus secretions, as well as the decreased control over facial expressions that are often exhibited during sudden sadness.

If the sadness persists the Qi disturbance will follow the stomach meridian down the throat and eventually to the stomach. This disrupts the Qi in the throat and the stomach disturbing appetite and the ability to make normal sounds.

By following the pathways of Qi flow through the meridians each physical symptom of emotions can be explained. This is a simple and accurate system of connecting how emotions affect the performance of our various bodily functions. This gives us an easy way to correct our health by understanding which aspect of "stress" we most need to deal with better. It also details how to correct the shortcomings of our bodies ability to perform by correcting the flow of energy in our meridian systems.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy

When going to a TCM Doctor, you should expect to be asked many questions about your bodily functions, lifestyle, diet, details about symptoms, what other therapies you are receiving, drugs you may be taking, and how long you have had any or all of the above. Then the practitioner will probably take a good long look at your tongue and take your pulse on both wrists. The practitioner may also palpate several points on your body. The tongue shows them the condition of your digestive tract and the energy in your organs. Don't wash your tongue because the coating is part of what they need to see. The pulse gives another perspective on the energy in your organs and your energy over all. The points on the body indicate what is happening in the meridians and their associated organs.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is entirely based on the understanding of how the organs and meridians work in conjunction with each other to control the flow of energy to the tissues of the body, so that those tissues will have the proper energy to function correctly. Just as an over or under secretion of a hormone by a gland can cause the tissue in a distant part of the body to act in an undesirable manner, the imbalance of Qi flow in one meridian or organ can cause detrimental effects in various parts of the body. In TCM, the practitioner corrects the functioning of the body by correcting the energy in the organs and meridians.

Most TCM practitioners use acupuncture and Chinese herbs in their treatments. They may also use Cupping, Moxibustion, Qi Gong, Tui Na (the Chinese equivalent to Shiatsu), Diet and Lifestyle suggestions and/or other therapies. Any good TCM practitioner will know when each of these therapies is appropriate and how to utilize them for gaining the best results. In the tradition of Chinese medicine, any new therapy or procedure that was proven to have a beneficial affect was adopted into the realm of TCM. Today many TCM Doctors incorporate some western technologies, concepts and procedures into their practices. So don't be too surprised if your TCM practitioner suggests that you take vitamins or tells you to ask your MD for some tests to be run. Many of them also endorse other complimentary healing systems.

The Results of Traditional Chinese Medicine

TCM is very effective for most health care concerns. With some conditions, quick and dramatic improvements can be experienced, even in the case of chronic and life threatening illnesses. On the other hand, some specific maladies may not be curable even with TCM. TCM will likely improve the overall health of the client so they may experience more comfort and joy in their life. (For specific results check testimonials). In order to get lasting results from TCM, it is often necessary to have a series of several treatments. It is normal to notice improvements after each treatment. A return to optimal health from being ill does take time.

Even the most serious of health conditions can be understood through an understanding of the interrelationships between the energy dynamics of the meridians and organs. Someone with Fibromyalgia may have insufficient Qi to let their tissue properly transform and transport fluids. This may result in feeling thick, heavy and sore. Because of this, they may become depressed, less active and gain weight. If the insufficiency of Qi is preventing their tissue from properly transforming and transporting fluids, and is also inhibiting their digestion, then their condition will deteriorate more rapidly, and may lead to weight loss and weakness.

Someone with MS, experiencing several of the same symptoms of Fibromyalgia, may feel tremors and have some loss of mobility in their limbs. This is due to insufficient blood in the liver, which leads to inappropriate movement of Qi, causing tremors and an imbalance of energy in the extra ordinary meridians that control mobility in the limbs.

When an acupuncturist/TCM practitioner understands why the problem exists, and where it stems from in a person's system of meridians and organs, it is normal to see improvements with each treatment.

I have seen fast results in the most unlikely cases by simply following the basics of TCM therapy.

If you find that TCM doesn't work for you, try Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Western herbalism, Rife frequencies, Light Resonance Oscillation, Focus Sessions, Radionics, Quantum Healing, Reiki, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Allopathic medicine or any of the many other complimentary health care modalities. Be Healthy!

Introduction to Chinese Herbology

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbology references a pharmacopoeia of about four hundred substances, which have been used to manipulate the human body's energy systems for thousands of years (according to the theories of TCM.) In TCM herbology, each "herb" is recognized for which meridians or channels (energy pathways) it enters and how it affects that channel. Each herb is also recognized for the specific effects it has on the body and how it interacts with other herbs. Over the last few thousands of years, many texts of herbal prescriptions have been written to describe how to mix the herbs for specific conditions and how to modify each of the formulas for variations of presentations of every condition.

How Chinese Herbology Works

Chinese herbology is entirely based on the understanding of the energetic qualities of the substances that are considered to be herbs in TCM. The herbs are categorized by the way that they affect the energy in the meridians and organs of the body. Each herb is used because of the way that its' influence on the energy movement in the body's meridians affects the functioning of the body's tissues.

The herbs are combined into formulas so that all of the aspects of the client's condition are accounted for in the treatment. For instance, a herbal formula used to clear long-term sinus congestion combines several herbs. Powerful herbs that will clear long-term sinus congestion are the main ingredients of such a formula. Some herbs in the formula help the body strengthen the immune system; others deal with the mucus, increase the circulation to the sinuses, and prevent side effects of the strong herbs that are necessary to effectively clear long-term sinus congestion. This synergy produces fast effective results without side-affects.

Both acupuncture and TCM Herbology are based on a complex understanding of how the body's energy systems and internal organs interact. Each minor change in your condition may require a substantially different herbal prescription, or it may not require any change at all. An incorrect herbal prescription, or an inappropriate acupuncture treatment, may well worsen someone's symptoms and undermine their health. For this reason it is important to get a diagnosis from a qualified practitioner of TCM before taking TCM herbs for any internal condition.
Acupuncture and or herbs can also be used to mitigate the side effects of pharmaceuticals, but it is important that your TCM practitioner be made aware of all of the medications you are taking.

The Various Forms of Chinese Herbology

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs are available in several forms. TCM whole herbs are available in most large cities, almost everywhere in the world. TCM whole herbs are relatively inexpensive and a good TCM herbalist can quickly tell the quality of the herbs in their whole form and adjust the prescription if necessary.

The raw herbs must be boiled in a non-metal pot for about half of an hour. Then the herbs are strained and re-boiled giving two doses of tea from batch of herbs. Traditionally the first batch is combined with the second, and portions are taken at different times of the day. When the tea (usually quite thick) is ready for consumption they sometimes may not taste very good. The unfamiliar taste and aroma of TCM herbs are usually the only side effect.

TCM patent medicines are often less expensive than the whole herbs, and are good for some conditions, but are seldom exactly what one really needs. Also, patent medicines are of various qualities, and it is hard to determine how much more to take than it says on the label in order to get a good result. Some TCM Doctors prefer to not use patent medicine for that very reason. Many other TCM Doctors use patent medicine extensively and have a good knowledge of which products will get results. If used correctly TCM patent medicine works very well.

There are several brands of Good Manufactured Products (GMP) available from Taiwan, and recently from China too. They are powdered, dehydrated herbal formulas and individual herbs. Different brands offer various qualities, but in general they are all okay. The retail prices of the GMP herbs are offset by the convenience of not having to boil the whole herbs.

In my opinion, a proper diagnosis and the right herbal formula are far more important than the form of the herbs to be taken. In recent years some companies have started distributing TCM herbs from England, the USA and Canada. The People's Republic of China has recently started to develop a GMP program for quality control of patent medicines. Again a proper diagnosis is essential for good results to be experienced.

Chinese Herbology vs. Acupuncture

Both Chinese herbology and acupuncture can be used for almost any health concern imaginable. Sometimes one modality will be more appropriate than the other for a specific condition. Acupuncture gives almost immediate relief for many acute conditions, but if its source is deep rooted, herbs are more likely to give a lasting result. The two therapies are synergistic. Most TCM practitioners use them together.

Chinese Herbology vs. Ayurvedic Herbology

Ayurvedic herbology is similar to Chinese herbology because they are both based on the energetics of the body and how the body is affected by the energetics of the herbs. From what I have heard, Ayurvedic herbology gets good results. Although many of the same herbs are used in both systems, some of the herbs are used in slightly different ways. Ayurvedic Medicine, like TCM, is an ancient system of healing that treats the whole person, rather than only treating a specific disease or condition.

Chinese herbs vs. Western Herbs

Chinese herbs are categorized and used according to the way that they energetically affect the Qi flow in the meridians and organs of a living person. Western herbs are categorized and used according to their chemical constituents and their biochemical action in the body. Chinese herbs are taken in formulas that are designed to harmonize the functions of people's bodies. Western herbs are given to treat diseases, help detoxify, or bolster some function of the human body. The use of Chinese herbology has been well documented for thousands of years, and the people prescribing it have followed a tradition of in-depth studies, training and apprenticeships before being granted the right to prescribe it to the public. Western herbology has also been around for a long time but has not been well documented until the last century.

Both systems use many of the same herbs and both get good results. Chinese herbs are often prescribed in much higher dosages. Chinese herbs are usually prescribed as herbal formulas rather than as single herbs. This is because of the vast understanding that has been gained from documentation of the use of Chinese herbology on people, which has been around for thousands of years. Each herb has a few or several noticeable affects on the people ingesting them. Chinese herbal formulas combine the effects of the herbs in the formula, to get all of the affected aspects of the person's body to work toward the desired result. This process has been the foundation of Chinese herbology for thousands of years. A good Western herbalist can do the same thing, but the industry isn't set up for it.

How Acupuncture Works

Acupuncture needles change the way that the life force energy moves in the tissue area where the needles are inserted. Different insertion, manipulation, and removal techniques affect the Qi, or life force energy flow, in different ways. A qualified acupuncturist understands how a healthy human's life force energy flows, how to recognize when it is not flowing properly, and how to correct it.

If the energy/Qi in a meridian is not moving, the proper insertion of a needle at the right point on the meridian will get it flowing almost immediately. Not enough Qi in a meridian can be corrected by needling a specific point. If the wrong kind of Qi is in the meridian, or in the tissue near where the meridian passes, then a specific needling technique will correct the problem very quickly. An acupuncture needle can also be used to redirect energy from one meridian to another. This is why it is important for an acupuncturist to know how the energy systems of the body work.

Sometimes the problem or imbalance is caused by an incorrect amount of, or consistency of Qi, in the organ that the meridian flows through. If there is improper energy in one or two organs, it may be several hours or even a couple of days before the client notices the full affect of an acupuncture treatment. This is because the correction of Qi flow in a meridian changes the energy in all of the tissue that the Qi flows near or through. This includes the organs, but changing the energy in an organ by adjusting the Qi flow to, and/or from, takes a little time.

The World Health Organization states that acupuncture is very effective, and is the most economical healing system. The World Health Organization endorses the use of acupuncture in order to make healthcare affordable in poorer nations. It has been estimated that here in Canada 40 cents out of every tax dollar goes to healthcare. This gives our health care system a lot of money to play with. Maybe this is why they don't cover acupuncture and don't recommend it to everyone.

What To Expect With Acupuncture

Before receiving acupuncture, you will receive a TCM diagnosis. When receiving acupuncture, very thin sterile stainless steel pins will be inserted into strategic points on your meridian system. Often people feel the acupuncture needle poking through their skin and sometimes it hurts a little. You may feel a sense of a moving energy in your body or a tingling, distending, heavy, or numb feeling around the point of insertion. This is all normal. After the treatment you may feel tired, or invigorated, or calm, or nothing different at all, depending on your condition and the treatment applied. Often people notice a positive change immediately in the way that they feel, either during or after a treatment. Other times, people may not notice a positive affect until the next day. The results of an acupuncture treatment usually last from three days to three weeks or more.

Acupuncture vs. Chiropractic

Acupuncture is used to manipulate the life-force energy flow to different parts of the body, so that the tissue has the proper Qi (Life-force Energy) to perform its appropriate functions. Chiropractic adjusts the tissue and structure of the spine, to allow proper space for the nerve from the spinal chord to the tissue of the body, so that the brain can communicate with the tissue. Acupuncture utilizes power for the tissue to function whereas Chiropractic uses signals to control function. A good chiropractor or acupuncturist will be able to tell you which therapy is appropriate, or if both therapies could be beneficial. Acupuncture and Chiropractic are synergistic and can therefore work well together.

Acupuncture vs. Light Resonance Oscillation

Light Resonance Oscillation artificially increases the energy available for use on a cellular level. Acupuncture corrects the consistency and flow of Life Force energy in a living person. Light Resonance Oscillation and Acupuncture are compatible and synergistic healing modalities.

The Focusable Energy Field generator (FEFG) augments the effects of acupuncture. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture is used to manipulate the flow of life force energy through the meridians, to bring the energy within the body's internal organs into harmony. Using acupuncture to manipulate the flow of energy in the meridian system is a very effective way of changing the state of energy in any part of the body, and also affects how the person feels. Usually the results in the people that I treat with acupuncture lasts from three days to a couple of weeks. Whenever I have had my clients use Light Resonance Oscillation in conjunction with acupuncture, they seem to have longer lasting results. In Chinese Medicine, whenever any part of your body isn't functioning fully it is either due to an imbalance of life force energy (Qi) in that tissue, or actual physical damage to the tissue. Either way the Qi must be in harmony, and in ample supply for the situation to be resolved. Thus acupuncture brings harmony and the Focusable Energy Field generator increases the energy, enhancing the effects of acupuncture.

The proper application of acupuncture will balance the energy in the internal organs and correct the flow of energy in the meridians, allowing the body to function harmoniously. This correct flow of Qi brings the energy level in the tissue up to a balanced level with the rest of the body, inducing healing and proper functioning of the tissue. The FEFG artificially charges up the cells of the tissue to their optimal energy level, resulting in the immediate healing of the cells. If the body's Qi is out of balance, or not flowing correctly, the body will not be able to sustain this artificially induced state of an optimal energy level in that tissue. Thus after a few days the cells energy level may return to the previous low energy state. By combining Light Resonance Oscillation and Acupuncture, the optimal state of energy is artificially induced and supported by the correct flow of energy necessary to sustain it.

Introduction to Rife

Rife frequency therapy/technology/experimentation is based on the work and discoveries of Royal Raymond Rife. He was a multi-disciplined scientist. In the late nineteen thirties Rife discovered that he could destroy microbes by producing harmonics of the frequencies that the microbes' structures resonated at. Rife was very successful in eliminating serious illness in several large group clinical studies.

Many other researchers have had similar results working from his findings, and with variations of his technology. Some say that Rife technology has been suppressed by the drug companies; others say that it is illegal because it is dangerous. I have used it on friends, family, clients, and myself for several years and have only seen good results. There are many good web sites that explain the science behind this technology. This information can be found by typing 'RIFE' into your Internet search engine.

How Rife Works

Rife frequency therapy works by resonating the pathogens to a greater extent than their structure can withstand.

Each thing in creation is made up of energy. Energy is always moving. Even ice, if watched closely enough, can be seen in motion. The tiny particles that make up the nucleus in an atom are always in motion, as are the electron orbits that hold atoms together to form molecules. In atoms, the various patterns of movement of subatomic particles combine into melodies of motion, and the molecules of the larger structures dance, or exist, at the rhythm of their parts resonance. By amplifying the rhythm (this is done by playing a harmonic of its' frequency), the rate or amplitude of the structure's dance will surpass the structure's integrity and the structure will shake apart.
Each living thing is maid up of specific types of molecules bonding together to form membranes that create their cellular structure; each type of organism has its' own specific molecules in the structure of its' membranes. By playing a harmonic of the specific frequency that an aspect of a pathogens structure resonates at louder (with more amplitude) than the structure can sustain you will disrupt its' integrity. This was achieved by Rife. He watched it happen in his microscope and documented which frequencies destroyed which microbes.

Safety of Rife

Rife frequencies are very safe if used intelligently. Because of the effectiveness of some of the machines that produce Rife frequencies, a healing crises, or toxic die-off effect can occur. When treating/experimenting with Rife frequencies, it is necessary to assess the overall health of the person who will be exposed to the frequencies. If you kill off the pathogens or tumours too quickly, the toxins that the lymph, liver, and kidneys have to deal with can cause problems. Thus, it is important to understand the principals of how the equipment works, and also how to monitor and aid the human body through the process of healing.

It is also necessary to realize that you may be affecting others who are in the range of frequency transmission. This is seldom a problem, as most of the frequencies do not affect the whole body; they only affect the specific pathogens that are being treated. Hence, you can treat several people with the same problem, at the same time. If there is a person (not the client) in the range of frequency transmission, and you are unaware that they too have the pathogen that you are treating, and if they are unable to deal with the toxic die off of the pathogens, they may have a legitimate complaint about the use of the Rife frequencies with them present. If their health is poor and the Rife frequencies played are for a serious condition that they happen to have you could cause them some real hardship.

I once put a friend in a severe healing crisis by playing some fungus frequencies for myself while she was in another part of the building. We didn't think that the frequencies could affect her that far away and I was surprised at how poorly her body dealt with the toxins released from the destroyed fungus. She was not happy. Be considerate when you get your rife machine.

Rife vs. Light Resonance

Rife exposes the recipient to a beam of invisible light at specific frequencies which will resonate and harmonize with the pathogens that the recipient harbours in hope of destroying those pathogens. Light Resonance Oscillation/Focus Therapy is a hands-on application of a high-energy field, which enhances the body's natural abilities to be well. They work synergistically when used together, as they approach healing from opposite angles. Rife attempts to destroy the problem, and Light Resonance or Focus Therapy assists the physical, emotional and spiritual body to function better. Rife dismantles the pathogens and Light Resonance Oscillation energizes the body to better deal with the toxins released from the destroyed pathogens. Rife kills what ails you and Light Resonance Oscillation vastly improves your ability to detoxify.

Rife vs. Zapper

Rife frequencies work on the same principle as the Clark Zapper. The difference between Rife frequencies and the Clark Zapper is that Hulda Regehr Clark used different harmonics of the pathogens than Rife did. The Zapper also runs micro current through your body, while most Rife equipment uses light waves to deliver the frequencies. The light waves of Rife equipment go out in all directions, making it possible for other people to get a treatment while the client does.

The micro current of the Clark Zapper causes thermal damage, which is the result of the current flowing through tissue, heating it up slightly and damaging a few cells. The frequent use of Clark Zappers over a long period may have a slightly harmful effect. Non-frequent use of the Clark Zapper has proven to be safe and effective.

The Zappers and Rife equipment are effective against pathogens like viruses, bacteria, and funguses etc. Rife frequencies can also be used to resonate with tissue to accelerate the tissue function. I was sceptical at first, but have only seen positive results. Both of these technologies can potentially be harmful if misused, or if used without understanding the effects they have.

Rife vs. TCM

Rife exposes the recipient to a beam of light at specific frequencies, which will resonate and harmonize with the pathogens that the recipient harbours, in hope of destroying those pathogens. TCM uses acupuncture, herbs, diet, lifestyle, Qi Gong, and massage to guide the body's internal energy network back into order. By helping the body's energetic system to function, TCM helps the body deal with pathogens the way that God designed it to. Rife and TCM can be applied together and work synergistically.

Your body needs 90 essential nutrients to function properly. Some of them can be stored in your body and others are needed more frequently. 60 of them are minerals.

There may be more but science knows that the human body need 60 minerals to process vitamins correctly and be capable of completing all metabolic functions. This is not new information, it has been known since the thirties. This information has not been taught in public school (government funded or other wise), Colleges, Universities, of even medical schools. Most people have herd that we need vitamins. And we also need essential fatty acids Omega 3, 6, & 9.

We can get the vitamins and fatty acids that we need from a well researched and diligently followed diet. It would be easier if all of our food was organically grown and NON-genetically modified. The science that has allowed the agricultural industry to utilize a few special plant nutrients in-order to maximize yield has not considered the nutritional value of their products. Those who genetically modify things for the food industry pursue the same results of maximum yield and profitability. The bottom line has been a faster growing, better looking, and more presentable line of food products with diminished nutritional quality. The fact is that the diminished nutritional quality of agricultural products has not been considered a problem. Nor has the loss of our foods flavour in the process. After all the eventual realization of the need for nutrition will create a new opportunity to produce and sell products. If we were all getting our nutrients our health would be much better, our quality of life would be higher and our health care costs would be less. Too bad we can't get our nutrients from our food.

Many people go on about how important nutrition is and that we should concern ourselves with it. This point is best stated by the renowned medical researcher and author; Dr. Joel Wallach, BS, DVM, ND. said, "One sentence has killed more people than all the wars in American history… 'You get all the nutrition you need from the four food groups.'" I met Joel. He is a good man. He was not trying to downplay the death toll of wars; the statement is meant to bring light to the fact that people need to be made aware that they should educate themselves about nutrition.

Minerals are not available in the food we buy unless the minerals were in the soil, or growing medium, that the plants were grown in. It only takes about five years for crops to utilize all the trace minerals in the soil. US Senate document No. 264 of the 74th congress, 2nd session in 1936 clearly explains that the minerals that our bodies need to function healthfully are not in the crop soils of the US and that as a result they are not in the food. The soils in fields growing crops for more than five years are usually depleted of the trace minerals that we want to be getting from the food grown on them. The same agricultural practices have been used in Canada; our crop soils have been depleted also.

According to the results of a scientific study death from old age is due to mineral deficiencies. The research was funded by the US government in the nineteen sixties. It conducted 17,500 autopsies on zoo animals that had died of 'natural causes'. The study also autopsied 3000 humans for a cross-reference and found direct correlations between which minerals were deficient and what the specimens died of. It is know which mineral deficiencies will cause which so called diseases of old age; and it is known how to prevent most of them. Some people like to take the minerals that they need when they see the symptoms of the deficiencies. I prefer to take the minerals that my body needs regularly.

Did you ever notice that most vitamin and mineral supplements only have 8 to 14 minerals in it? Or did you ever notice that baby formula also only has 8 to 14 minerals in them. Did you know that the mineral lick put out in a field for a cow has 42 minerals? Many dog and cat foods have 28. Even the food pellets that lab rats get have more minerals in them than the baby formulas sold for consumption by our children.

If they have been digested by plants Minerals are 95% absorbable. Colloidal Minerals are minerals that have been digested and metabolized by plants. If they are chelated (attached to an amino acid) minerals are about 40% absorbable. Metallic or raw minerals are about 5%-8% absorbable. So eating dirt and licking rocks may not be the answer. Growing your food in soil with all 60 minerals in it may be more effort than you are willing to expend. Fortunately there are several products on the market that have high quality Colloidal minerals at reasonable prices. Many of these Colloidal mineral products are derived from prehistoric peat shale by a water extraction process.

Colloidal minerals, supplements, and health products are available by mail order at wholesale prices. Most products come with a Satisfaction Guarantee. These products and supplements have a proven track record of healing serious conditions like aneurysms, arthritis, bone spurs, diabetes, haemorrhoids, osteoporosis, insomnia, etc. This remarkable product line has been known to greatly increase the health and well-being of those who use them regularly.
